Chairman Gallup opened the meeting at 8:00AM
Donna Nashawaty noted some corrections to the MOU. Donna Nashawaty read the summary of the project on 10/4/13. Motion to adopt and sign the MOU by Selectman Gottling, seconded by Selectman Trow. Unanimous.
Motion to authorize Chairman Gallup to sign the Abbott Libray GMP amendment by Selectman Trow, seconded by Selectman Hastings. Unanimous.
Motion to waive the building permit fees by Selectman Hastings, seconded by Selectman Gottling. Unanimous.
Motion to sign the Abbott Libray building permit by Selectman Gottling, seconded by Selectman Trow.
